Went to Twin Peaks for lunch today with some guys from work. For those of you not familiar, Twin Peaks is what some would call a 'breasturant'
Normally, the waitresses wear short shorts and plaid halter tops.
Evidently for Valentines, the waitresses are wearing lingerie. Mind you, I am not one to complain about that but I had to do a double take when our waitress approached to table in her matching bra and panties.
First thing I thought was OMG, I have the same set.(She looks much better in them that I could ever hope to, by the way. :o

Just thought I'd share. Hope it made you smile as it did me.

Do they have any male waiters in their panties?
If so I'm in.

My immediate reaction would be to compliment her on her choice and tell her I have the same. :-)

I have seen a woman wearing a dress I own, not as explicit as your moment, but fun just the same.

Had you rather had the "tips" she got that day or what a lawyer gets for a big settlement? Talk about eye candy that really gets your motor running, as a CD you got a double dose. When you see that you just wish they had a transformation PILL you could swallow.

Gotta say I've never been to twin peaks although they have one in two nearby towns. Two rival motor cycle clubs had a shoot out at one so got me kind of Leary from the get go. I hear it's a lot better than Hooters though.
Shelby bet you wanted to say I love your outfit but with the guys it just wouldn't happen with me... Trisha do they have one in Keller? Ummmm might venture in down there. That's far enough away from home so the locals wouldn't know me from Adam there. ( I've heard that they have no right to talk if they are there to...)

I Love It!

By the way is the food any good? Not that anybody is going there for the gastronomic delights.

Yes, I have seen woman with the same outfit on that I also own. I immediately start critiquing how the look and carry themselves. I have to admit that some times I think I carry it off better.

Really amusing! And no one was there to share and smile together! Didn't happen to me still...

Great Story Shelby, not as much fun, but i saw a woman in the top I am wearing in my Avatar.. it took a moment to sink in and I almost blurted out "Hey I have that top too, isn't it beautiful?" I had to make do with the thought I looked better in it than she did :)

Twin Peaks was the subject of an episode of Undercover Boss. FWIW
Also, how different are they from Hooters?

I have never been to a Twin Peaks nor have I been to a Hooters. I always feel those places are exploiting the women who work there and that the clientele are just a group of ogling males. I once went to a Playboy Club in LA many, many moons ago and i just felt uncomfortable and sympathetic toward the poor women who had to display themselves like that. I felt this need to go up to one of them and apologize. I have many women friends who feel the same way.

That's funny I was at the Twin Peaks in Michigan on the same day and asked about the their out fits and they said it was just for Valentines day and they will have a different one for St. Patrick's day.

Twin Peak has a Northwestern mountain motif. Kind of a lumberjack kind of thing. The food is much better than Hooters unless you are specifically going for wings. No offense to the ladies at Hooters, but the girls at the Twin Peaks I went to are much prettier than the girls at the Hooters across the street. I do actually go to Twin Peaks for the food. They have a Turkey sandwich with a house made avocado smash(kinda like guacamole) that is amazing. their burgers are excellent as well.

For what it's worth, if I could get a transformation pill that would turn me into an attractive 20 something female, I think it would be fun to work there, too. "attractive" is the operative word there... :)

Every now and then I hear about someone else emulating the Hooter's business model. "Breasturant" says it all. Another one I've heard about is Tilted Kilt, Celtic theme this time.

"Twin Peaks" = Pacific NW, eh? Seem to remember a TV show of that name, too. Is there a midget in a red tuxedo, a log lady, a guy who speaks backwards? :spank:

Some gals at an SCC dressed up as Hooter's waitresses.

Tilted kilt is nothing like hooters. We have both here and the tilted kilt food is pretty good, compared to hooters.

I once went to a Playboy Club in LA many, many moons ago and i just felt uncomfortable and sympathetic toward the poor women who had to display themselves like that. I felt this need to go up to one of them and apologize. I have many women friends who feel the same way.

Nobody is forced to work there. Nobody forced them into the restaurant and made them fill out an application. They knew what they were getting into before hand.

My opinion is if a woman works in a restaurant or club that requires skimpy clothing the gal enjoys it and wants the attention. Don't forget that many women love to run around half dressed to get attention. I have been to a Hooters bikini contest and talked to some of the girls and you could just see it in their eyes and the way they responded that they were enjoying every second of it! Their eyes were sparkling, huge smiles and just happy and excited.
