If I had my way.
I want my name to be Susan.

If not Susan, then Michelle.

In the UK, some of those names would be definitely male or definitely female and not Gender Neutral.
Some of the ones that we would say are male have a female variant, and vice versa.
For example Adrian is male. Adrienne is female. Dominique is female, Dominic is male.

In the UK Lynn is a female name but in the US it is male . Is this so?

The name Jay is unisex. I have known both males and females with that as a given name. So are Jan and Jody.

I know a few Dustin's, Dillon or Dylan of both genders. I think your list has many that regionally would be a hard sell one way or the other. Of course much is in the spelling.

Re. male Lynn:
Lynn Swann formerly of the Pittsburgh Steelers and apparently the current AD of USC  . When did that happen?!?? Anyway, his name is male.

Kelly,
In my case Teresa is derived from my male name, I could use Terri to get even closer, just changing the Y for an I .

Lesley is possibly unisex.

It also makes me smile when girls shorten or re-gender their names, Georgina to George, Samantha to Sam, are they Cders ? No GGs are allowed to openly gender bend .
