leg shaving questions

I know many of you shave your legs and I have two questions about it. First, for those of you who only shave in the winter months, when do you start letting your hair grow out for the summer? And for all who shave, how high up do you go, to your bikini line?

I shave every thing year round, I pluck my face every three week and shave it the rest of the time.

I shave everything except my head and forearms. Mostly in the cold months also and start letting them fuzz up in May (PA). You could go later the further north you are. And I bleach the leg and fore arm hairs with blonde hair color. Makes the hair almost invisible in hose and the wife is happy when i wear shorts for the obligatory family summer outtings. And when she's happy, everyone is happy!!! LOL
