I went to an event with the Society for Creative Anachronism over Memorial Day weekend, and while camping got to attend in girl mode on several occasions - strolling around and seeing things, and shopping, mostly. Ran into three people who knew me quite well as a male years ago, and who saw me as a male at the same event and recognized my male side as a friend, but who reacted to my female persona of "Katherine Fox" strictly as a female who was new to them. One merchant at the event who knew I was trans from last year's instance of the event did ask when she saw my male form for the first time what my 'other name' was, and I told her. When she saw me later as a girl she happily greeted me with 'Hello Katherine!' Even the lady who braided decorations into my hair on Sunday accepted me as female, and did not even seem to realize I was wearing a wig!
Unfortunately the weather was beastly hot during the day and cold at night, so I did very little actual socializing or partying in either mode. Actually drove home on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, to cool off, returning the next morning.
Full body pic was by my daughter on Saturday. The closeup selfie was me on Sunday.
Sunday afternoon, when I went home, I drove home still en-femme, changed into a short denim skirt and sandals, and popped over to Jo Ann fabrics to buy a dressmakers form, and to my local grocery store, and was treated as a woman the whole time.
