I went through another purge about 6 months ago. I didn't give up wearing panties and pj's. I work out every morning at home (treadmill, stationery bike, free weights, etc.) so I did keep all my fem workout clothes I've started to rebuild my wardrobe on line. So far all I have are some shorts and skirts. Feels great to be back and I should have most of my new clothes by next week. :battingeyelashes:

DO NOT PURGE! You are wasting money! It comes back! It always does! Just a matter of time! Hugs Lana Mae

Welcome back Jenni. Yeah don't purge again. It is always expensive and some thing can't be replaced.. Like my older pumps that would still look good today. But they don't make them that way anymore

I also did a small purge of things that I just never wear anymore. Also my wife told me what if we are in a car wreck and are both killed at the same time what would the kids say when they went thru your things. I felt guilty and threw a few things out. I've done this several times before and always wish I hadn't.

Mostly, welcome back. I'll just say that purging isn't entirely a bad a thing. If I recall my first "wardrobe" it included an awful lot of failed experiments. I can't say that I miss some of those mistakes. On the other hand, there are a few that I would dearly love to have back. (Note: after taking an 18 month break, I began to replenish my wardrobe in March. I was much more discriminating in my selection of clothing this time around. I'm presently taking a sabbatical of sorts, and my things are neatly and discretely packed away)

Jaylyn: Heck, if I died I wouldn't be around to care if my wife or kids found a couple dozen pair of shoes or several dozen dresses. Never purging!

Welcome back, both of us.
I purged two years ago in order to keep my GF. I doubt if I paid over $50 for all of it at thrift stores etc. I should have made her pay me when she broke up with me. I'd like to have a couple of the dresses back, but I'm stocked up again pretty well. I got a nice pink skirt like my avatar recently at the thrift store.
I guess I need to put a note in my drawer saying the girl's clothes in there are my ex-girlfriend's, in case I die or something.
