Odd observation

I noticed recently that when I cross my legs when sat down,
If I cross my right its tight, knee to knee like a woman would do. If I cross with left its always wide with left ankle resting close to my right knee.
I wonder if women do the same, is it a right hand vs. left hand thing,
does it say something about me i am not aware of, etc...
What say you?

Sorry I haven't noticed women doing the same and I don't do it that way.

When in male mode and cross either leg the ankle rests on the knee.

When in Linda mode I'm knee to knee as a proper lady should.

My legs are short and fat. As much as I have tried, they appear to be incapable of crossing like a lady does. It's knees together, legs tuck back and to the side for me. :-(. Wish I could cross them. It would be a more comfortable posture at times I am sure.

My right over left is knee to knee. Left over right is close but a little off and not quite as comfortable. For me it's actually due to a hip joint problem I've always had.

I've occasionally seen women do the ankle-on-knee leg cross, but it's rare and, of course, never in a skirt. When I cross my legs I'm knee-over-knee either direction.

I really doubt that this is some kind of "gender" specific behavior. I can think of any number of male and female acquaintances who cross their legs "knee to knee"....and trying to envision other ways of crossing one's legs.... I cant see one that is unique or telling.

Sometimes we look too hard for things that might confirm our beliefs.

From decades of observation most women seem to cross their legs at the knee, while men cross their legs at the ankles. Of course most men have been known to sprawl their legs out all over the place.

I frequently cross my legs at the knee as a man without feeling even slightly feminine. I do not regard this as feminine body language. I can cross my legs right or left when in a dress and have the lower legs against each other on a slant in a way I wouldn't do as a guy. I think it comes with wearing heels rather than a skirt.

In guy mode I rarely ever cross my legs ankle over knee and never knee over knee. I usually cross them ankle over ankle.
