Started new job!

I have just started a new position with a major state run university that says that they are fully into inclusion of ALL gender identities.
I was in a different division, and the official policy is new within the last year.
So on my first day in the new job I wore femme jeans, a men's polo shirt over a bra with simple enhancers (they were noticeable!), stud earrings, and my still growing longer hair pulled back in a short pony tail.
No one said a thing! I thought I saw a few double takes, but all seemed OK with it.
I think that I can be comfortable there.

We shall see what the future brings...
