My girlfriend recently left her job because of burn-out. She is looking for another job, but now I get up before she does. I used to spend 30-60 minutes in drag before work, but because she doesn't know everything about my CDing, I have put that on pause. I didn't realize how much I missed it. It became part of my morning routine, so that's taking some getting used to.

Tomara is absolutely correct. If you don't, there will be future and major issues. Few women, if any, accept dishonesty, which in many cases, supersedes the dressing. You know by now, it is a permanent part of you. Ignoring the pink fog will catch up with you...sooner or later. I was filled with trepidations before I told my fiancé, betting she'd dash out the door. She didn't, she stayed, we married and she's totally supportive. You won't know until until you tell her. Go slowly. Best.

Agreed. It's more about the lying and deceit than the actual dressing. Time for a talk with your SO.

What are you keeping from her?

Kassie, as the others said, now is the time to tell her! Of course, it is your decision but if I were you it would be now! Best wishes with the decision! Hugs Lana Mae

I beg to differ. If you see your girlfriend as only a gf, and you will be together for just a few years, and a permanent relationship or marriage is not being considered, then maybe she doesn't really have to know.

I always miss dressing when drab. The other posters are right. Talk to your gf, come out just a little. Its risky, but the payoff may be your happiness.
