I was able to work from home today and spent the day as Valerie - Not only was it a great day and productive. The neighborhood was so quiet. I hope to be working from home a lot more in the future.

Hugs

Valerie

I work from home so one day I may be the hot rocker guitar repair chick.
The next day I'm that eclectic gay TG guitar repair dude or girl I can't tell.

I miss those days. Peaceful productive and wear what you want or for a couple conference calls even nothing at all. Thank God they weren't video conferences lol

I'm retired so I "work from home" every day. The problem is, I don't get any days off!

I actually worked at the house all day yesterday and most of the day was in a long dress. It rained almost all day off and on so did some house keeping work that needed to be caught up on. Only distractions came from getting caught up on this site. It's still muddy this morning so am waiting till the temperature gets to a hundred then will probably get out.

I so long for a job that requires me to work from home, even if it were 25% of the week.

I am jealous of every one of you that gets to work from home. I can just imagine the freedom that comes from it.

Before retiring I spent many years as a home based worker, something that meant some weeks I could be working for home everyday, other weeks 1 or 2 days or sometimes not at all.

Being able to dress while I sat working at my PC was such a wonderful thing. Looking back I suppose having the opportunity to dress so regularly got me use to casual dressing. Initially I would go all out, heel, hose, smart dress and a wig. I soon realised dressing like I was getting ready for a big night out didn't make sense and so my outfits became more casual. Either barefoot or flats, loose fitting skirt and a simple top. The wig still made it.

I had many years working that way and I look back on them with fond memories knowing how lucky I was.

Being retired and free to work from home if you wish is a pretty good deal.

I worked from home for several years. During that time my dressing gradually grew to near full time. It was a great luxury

I've always wanted the Bill Gates level of bank balance but, without the work commitment. Sadly, it never worked out.

Working from home today too. Just shaved myself smooth (allover) and cocoa-buttered myself up..., my racerback tank and tiny champion shorts and new running shoes -I Love how the higher heeled running shoes make my tanned legs look. Oh!! I am in heaven....
