Update on dressing at therapy

I have a few minutes before my therapy appointment. Yesterday I bought a plain blue skirt. Today I put on the skirt, a bra with padding, panties, pantyhose and a black T-shirt. I drove the 70 miles to my therapist's office dressed. Since I have no pockets I will carry a small purse. It feels amazing. This is my first time out in a skirt. Basically I'm a miad. In a few minutes I will have to walk across the parking lot and into the office building. We'll see how that goes.

I just finished mine earlier today at which I wore black yoga pants a off white striped tunic top and neutral lipstick. I had form in my bra, but i took them out because i didn't think I personally needed to have pseudo breasts.

The session went well. The walk from the car across the parking lot to the building wearing a skirt was exciting. My therapist complimented me on the skirt. She was amazed that I had on pantyhose and said I had nice legs. She is incredibly supportive. Still wearing the skirt. It will have to come off, sadly, before I get home.

Well done, Fiona! The feeling of freedom in that 70 mile drive must be heavenly. And it's wonderful that your therapist received you so well. That has to be a massive confidence builder. The best part is that it gets so much has easier now that the first outing is done

You're braver than me. I could never do the miad thing. I even skipped the walking across the parking lot dressed.

I took a duffel bag into the bathroom and changed there. And I did use forms a wig and makeup. it was still pretty thrilling.
