I've found that the drivers seat of my
big ol' truck, with it's visor mounted vanity mirror,
and the rear-view mirror put to use as well, has
everything I could possibly need.

On one occasion I had to use the disabled toilet at the hotel , I must admit I was very rushed but realised then what you could achieve in
short time .

When I had to it was the car in a deserted place, other places I have changed in have been disabled restrooms, plenty of room there.

Once I bought a new outfit at Macy's, went in as a guy and came out as a girl.

This involved a makeover in the store also.

The other girls with me were impressed. :-)

Oh, and White vinegar is great for removing lippy from windows or mirrors should you bump into one!

I underdress as much as possible, then finish in my car away from my neighborhood. Usually I change (and change back) in a big shopping center parking lot that has some carpool parking as well. That way I can park away from the stores but near enough to other cars that mine doesn't stand out.

Sometimes my first stop after this is a mall's handicapped or family restroom to make sure my boobs are even and my makeup is OK.

One time I changed into my panty hose in my deer blind. It is very small about a four by four on the farm. I have one that will hold two people but I wasn't in it that day. I always base layer with my panty hose but I was running late leaving from my house and just grabbed a package of new ones. It was cold out so when I got to the blind I stripped down on my bottom and started putting the hose on. It was a struggle but finally got them stretched enough to go on. Then put my under alls on over them, I thought I did a good job in that small of a space but dang when your completely dressing in the front seat of a car you are a Houdini contortionist.

I used to wear as much as I could under sweats and then complete my change in the car in a few quiet spots. Now I don't care,when I go out I get dressed and head out (usually on a Sunday morning there is no one out yet) and I even come home in the afternoon dressed. During the winter I'm pretty safe but I know at least one neighbor has seen me dressed when I got home, so be it.

Usually a hotel room, sometimes a friends place. I’ve never changed in the car - I don’t think my Uber driver would appreciate it much.

Before we moved I would start at home than finish up in the car. Now we have an attached garage so it's easy to dress at home and just leave.

What Krisi said. My mobile closet has been my vanity for years. In it, my drabs come off and my pretties go on, outer clothes first, then the wig. Since I then look feminine to any onlookers, I put on my jewelry and makeup last. My visor mirror is fine. Then i might sing, "I feel pretty, oh so pretty ...."
