I have met over 50, maybe 100 cd.comers at T events over my 10 years here. Most were at the SCC in Atlanta. And, a dozen or so locally. Oddly enuff, most of them r so busy living their T or CD lives, I don't see them here anymore!:sad:

There are people I've met here that I see on a regular basis locally and others I see from time to time at events. I've met them both drab and en femme and I don't think I've ever not enjoyed their company. I'm planning to do some travel in the future and hope that as I drive around the country I'll be able to meet a few more here and there.

Once. Before I moved to Oregon, I posted here that I was, at that time, usually to be found at a certain nightclub in Austin, Texas on most Friday and Saturday nights, and that I was open to meeting others when I was there. One person from these forums saw that, showed up one night, and introduced herself. But she came with a friend, and they spent most of the night in each other's company. I was already widowed at the time, and unattached, so there was no SO involvement.

Yes to all three. Meeting people and making friends for in person (G-rated) adventures is the main reason I am on line. Wife understands my years of isolation and is happy that I am making friends. Although, she is getting jealous that my social calendar has now surpassed hers. 😜

I don't have an SO at this point. The first time I met anyone from this site was in 2012. I've met many CDs since then, some from this site which led to more from other areas. Maybe I'm in a good area and kind of lucky?

Yes, I have an ever growing group of friends that I have initially met here most from the Seattle area. Many of us try to get together every Friday for GNO. Yes my SO knows and is also friends with most of my friends.
