Other than the feeling of silky clothes, as I slowly transition towards femininity in crossdressing, I love the feeling of waking up in the morning and putting on my pink pajama pants only to feel that they are getting loose on me and hanging off my pelvis. I’m dieting very hard (but very healthy) and doing lots of cardio to become slender. It’s easier to buy feminine clothes and passing that way. Anyone else have these type of feelings that keep them going?

I'm poor at dieting but good at regular exercise. I have lost almost 60 lbs over the years. Still much room for improvement I do love the wy fem clothes fit now.

For younger gg's, its pretty easy to loose weight, but as we get older...its harder.
I have lost 19 pounds in the past year, and I Agree, my tops and clothes fits better, without belly protruding.
Happy dressing in the new Year :)

I have lost abort 25 pounds in the last couple of years partly due to a better diet after some heart problems. However, when the following gets difficult I just remind myself of how much better my clothes fit and that usually gives me the kick I need to keep it up.

I have been struggling with trying to loose my belly for a while now. Just find it hard to stay motivated to go work out, and love food too dang much! :) It's been getting harder and harder to find nice pantyhose and other sexy things that fit my body shape anymore. Maybe I can use that as motivation!

I think this is a great thread given that new year's resolutions are just around the corner!

I love the feeling of feeling feminine. My weight got to 230 pounds. Did not feel femine. I had a medical problem and the only thing I could eat was ramen noodle. Also was taking daily vitamins, the noodles have no nutritional value. In six months I was down to 190 pounds. All fat gone and I not only feel and look great but I feel feminine again.

Oh yes. And by the time I realised I was taking things too far, I was down to 600 cals a day and working on dropping lower.
Be careful.

Becky is my driving force to eat well and exercise more. Although I am a slim person generally, any weight I gain goes straight to my stomach, not a good look in a dress!!!!
Yes,
I am fortunate to usually have a skinny figure, but too many Hanukkah donuts & Xmas plum puddings have put a little bit extra on my hips & behind. I am really set on buying some jeggings / skinny jeans this spring and the fear of not lookin slender in them :brokenheart: has got me out exercising each day!

I sleep enfemme so waking up gives me great feelings, and I also like the silky feel of many femme clothes and their lightness. And what about the flounce of a skirt/ dress on the legs? Magic!
As to NY resolutions, I am keen to cut down on weight for a better fit.
