The Symphony & Jazz In The Sanctuary

I go out most weekends, however this weekend was special in a couple of ways,

Saturday I attended the Grand Rapids, Michigan Symphony the "All Tchaikovsky" event. It was a wonderful performance and after I stopped at local bar, The Apartment, and had a great time meeting up with friends.

Then Sunday afternoon I went to "Jazz In The Sanctuary" held at Fountain Street church in Grand Rapids, MI.

You really do justice to that red floral dress. So elegant on you.
In December I treated myself to a pair of symphonies; a Beethoven evening and then Handel's Messiah the next weekend. Both times I went en femme. I had the most marvelous experience. So exciting to be as beautiful as I wish among a concert crowd of beautiful people. I'm certain you likewise had an absolute thrill of the entire experience.

While you do look nice, please be careful of taking pictures at this type of event, Patti. My local symphony prohibits this. It's a distraction to the performers. Flash photography will attract the kind of attention you don't want.

Thanks for your concern, I understand. I was crareful to take the orchestra photo only when they were setting up before the first movement and with no flash.
