I was out in full femme and stopped in to CJ Banks which is a plus size store. A sales associate told me when I walked in I had the wrong store, the junior and misses is next door. I thanked her and said I wasn’t shopping for myself, although I can wear a 14w top or dress.

She deserved a tip for that! And you obviously were doing well.

True. I'm sure most of us really love to be addressed as a women when we are fully dressed and presenting yourself as a women.

I personally agree with Karmen. Although I haven't been out yet, if I ever do find the courage & interact with SA's I would want to feel like a woman & be treated like a lady.

I would consider that a compliment, if I were out I would.

That reminded me of the time I bought my first really great dress. I walked into the store looming for something else and the SA showed me the dress and urged me to try it on. I went to the fitting room and quickly changed the n came out. I asked the SA if it fit me right and she told me to twirl. After a quick look, she said "You need this one size smaller" Woohoo. So i bought it in size 18. It doesn't matter what size you start at, 6 or 58. It always feels good when they tell you you need a smaller size.

Jealous here. I went to a classy store (read that kind of stuck-up) and was looking through the juniors when a SA came over and less than politely directed me to the misses.
