View Full Version : What would be on your bucket list ?

Chantal has asked the question to members who aren't out and about what would be their wish if and when they do , she specified only those members so I wondered if she has no objections to ask the members who are out and about what woiuld be on their bucket list given the chance ?

So to kick off what would mine be ?

I have been on several cruises so maybe my choice would be to dress for the evening activities. Pre dinner drinks, a nice meal and then take in a show and maybe dance after . The problem is I probably wouldn't want to stop there , some of the sight seeing trips would be so much more enjoyable dressed , OK the temptation is there and there isn't too much to stop me now apart from funding it .

More down to Earth I could take my dog to the coast and spend a few days in a peaceful hotel !

My bucket list is simply to go grocery shopping, paying bills, etc dressed! Problem is I don't want to out myself to anyone at work! It will just have to be what it is for now! Hugs Lana Mae

Love to get all dolled up, full transformation with some other like minded gurls and go dining, clubbing and who know's what else we would find along the way :)

My top of the list would be to play a round of golf in a pretty golf outfit. I would think the wig might be the biggest issue
so might have to go with my hair. Now I’m sure your thinking just go for it well maybe but I think I would at least prefer to
go with another T girl or a GG

Certainly to take a show where dressing to the nines would be the norm. Going to a casino is also on my list I just need the nerve for this one. Getting together with a bunch of other girls for a GNO to a nice restaurant and a show is also right up there

Teresa,

On my "Not to difficult to achieve list" is go to the theatre enfemme. I just need to find a show I want to see when I'm next on a Helen holiday. I'd include a pre-show meal and drinks of course.

I would love to attend a ball, big dress perfect make up, the whole nine yards.

My bucket list is pretty much played out. I've done formal affairs, been to a play and feel pretty comfortable with my make up. I guess I'd like to do a cruise as Nikki.

There used to be a whole week of activities for crossdressers and T-folk that was held in Provincetown, MA and it was called "Be All You Can Be" (or something to that effect), that some of my CD friends in my local area attended. It was everything from social gatherings, parties, dinners, seminars, whale watching trips, all done en-femme. I heard it was a blast. I'd like to do something like that in a place that's accepting of folks like us. I just did a search for Be All You Can Be Provincetown, MA, and didn't get any hits, so it doesn't sound like it's being held anymore. Bummer, as I would have liked to attend and enjoy a whole week en-femme!

Although this sounds silly, I'd like to be in a photo shoot as a fitness model.

I've been doing this stuff since before there was the term "Bucket List". Along the way I guess I checked off a lot of things without realizing I was doing it. But there are two that have remained unfulfilled: Going to dinner and a Broadway show in a beautiful After Five dress and heels with glam makeup. The other is going to a Gala Event at the Met Opera in a blue taffeta or satin gown.

I've done a lot since meeting and marrying my current wife. When asked what I would like to do my answer has always been to just have a new fem experience. As the years have zoomed by, many new experiences have been achieved. The one thing that comes to mind as a must get done before the end is to do an extended time as Joyce. Some groups have week long cruises ....that would be awesome I think. Or like someone said there used to be a "Be All" affair that went for a week...that would work too. There has been some times in my life where I could have dressed every night but never a time where I could be Joyce 24/7

That's the biggest bucket I got for now!:battingeyelashes:

So get your narrow little butt down to Houston, girl. We'll add a round of golf to the next GNO. :)

I would like go to a make up artist who specializes in crossdressers, get dolled up, and then be photographed so that I have some decent pictures of me on my blog. That would be for my "About Me" page. I plan doing this after we move to Las Vegas, hopefully this summer.

Another bucket list item is to join a social group, which I should also be able to do once we move.

Needless to say, the prospect of moving is very exciting!

Teresa that’s a tough question. I’ve been lucky to cross off most of my list. ( cruising is not on it, sorry to say ).

A really formal affair. Tux and tails and ball gowns. I think. Red carpet. Professional photography on the red carpet and while inside. Limousines and good champagne. My wife and I dancing. There are other bucket list items but most of them are lifestyle bucket list stuff. So I’ll leave it off.

Cheers!

Retire with an ocean front home with a white sand beach. Have my wife put some SPF 30 on my back. Wear a bikini and tan every day to make sure that my tan lines were extremely obvious.

I have done most everything I ever set out to do so I can't think of anything other than wrestling an alligator which sounds like fun.

Many thanks for all your answers , many of you say you'd like make overs and a professional photoshoot , what a pity all my gear has gone I could have helped you all out on that one after thirty years of doing it professionally .

Natasha ,
I had the wrong impression of cruises until my wife booked one for our twenty first wedding anniversary , we did the Baltic, I was smitten ! What a great way to see all those beautiful cities and then get back on board ,dress for the evening meal, meet up for drinks and then take in a show , next day another city to explore .

We did the Med. after , what a way to approach Venice ! looking across St. Marks Square and passing the Doges Palace .

I would love to dress up and be completely passable. I’d love to have a man take me out on the town, hold the door for me, put his arm around me. Treat me like a beautiful lady for an evening in public, and then make love to me until morning, when we got back to his place.

This post made me think perhaps the whole nine yards means a dress made from nine yards of fabric... :)

Not sure as a lot of these suggestions I have managed to complete not as a target they just happened.

One thing I don't plan to do again anytime soon, is the bucket full of ice water.

:OMG: was that water cold I felt as if I had jumped into an ice cold pool.

It's called Fantasia Fair, and it's being held in October, as usual.

Teresa
stayed in a hotel in Folkestone a few weeks ago for four days by my self after traveling up from the island dress
the only down side is having to be dress and present able before breakfast, can not wait for the next time.
being in the hotel with other people might be the same as been on a cruise but i don't think i could do a cruise by my self but who knows one day.
so for my bucket list; a cruise, going abroad and going to the Theatre.

Carolyn,
I've done the dressing for breakfast a few times now , I enjoy that almost as much as the party the night before , in the past the down side was going home after . I did get caught out big time when we had the heavy snow back in January .

Some have mentioned in the past certain cruise lines doing TG friendly trips, maybe a CDing group booking for a cruise could work very well , now there's a thought !!

I really don't have a bucket list any longer. Whatever I need to do, I do as Stephanie.
But I have decided that I really like going to museums, especially art museums. And that is an endless list. Even if one day I've been to every museum, they change exhibits so I can go there again!

I made out a bucket list when I reached my 35th birthday (halfway to three score and ten years), and have been lucky enough to actually complete some of them. None were CD related.

Now I have reached the dreaded three score and ten (+ a bit) CD is definitely on the current list. Top of the list is to go to a black tie dinner/dance all femmed up.

Great topic Teresa, Becky's bucket list has been 3/4 ticked off. So now I am down to some of the more obscure ones... here are a couple:
- Go for a ride on a woman's bicycle in a pretty white cotton long summer dress
- Fly enfemm
- Stay at a hotel enfemme from start to end

Top of my bucket list is a new bucket (dropped a brick in the other yesterday and now it leaks).

No further entries. Trouble is, lists need planning and me and my missus are not planners, more 'go with the flow and see where life takes us' types. Don't know what I'm doing today let alone any future desires. Not exactly inspiring stuff from me, sorry.

I've done most, and tried my best to do almost all the others. No regrets.

Alligator? Nah. Jello wrestling pit with a ring girl. Preferably Logan Stanton, ring card girl for the UFC.

The only thing left on the bucket list that I made way-back-when is to see the Grand Canyon. I hope to do that later this year.

Now If were to share my WISH list - we'd be here all day.

I consider my WISH list to have all the things that I want to do, but I know can't happen. My bucket list is all the things that I want to do that CAN happen.

I've started to cross off some items from my bucket list, non CD items that have been done or will shortly be completed :
- attend Katy Perry concert (done)
- attend Taylor Swift concert (upcoming)
- attend Rachel Platten concert
- attend Sabrina Carpenter concert

As for CDing, my biggest item was admitting to my wife that I CD, and that was successfully completed.

Well Teresa, first and foremost on my bucket list is to get out the door with my wife's knowledge, but without her going ballistic when I do it. I don't want to sneak out somewhere behind her back, and I don't want to deceive her about where I'm going. Based on her recent reactions to the idea, it's going to take quite some time before I cross that one off my bucket list.

Nothing very exciting on my 'list', probably spending some time in Japan is up there. As far as CDing is concerned, I'd like to go to the theater dressed, a meal afterwards, something like that.

hmmmm, I've been avoiding bucket list questions for a long time. I've never flown en femme...and maybe my first flight as a licensed pilot will be as a woman. I kinda like that idea. Beyond that, my retirement is approaching, and the idea of traveling to Europe as a woman would be an amazing experience.

I'd love to go out with my older sister, with the both of us dressed to the nines and just being girls together. She's my forever role model, so insanely beautiful and glamorous. Would love to just hang out together as sisters, being silly and sexy together and... you know, driving the guys wild.

Marina,
If only I'd known you could have joined me on those trips.

I don't do London very much but do like the big shows there is something special about London productions. The Pyamids are incredible as is the museum , the highlight is defeinitely Karnak and Luxor , you've just added one to my bucket list now , a Nile Cruise down to Aswan .

I can add a funny story to my trip around the Pyamids . The guides will take you on camel tours around the complex , as always you pay first before mounting up . I caught a conversation between one of the guides and the husband who had paid for his wife to take a ride. The guide claimed the husband hadn't paid him for the trip and refused to let the guy's wife dismount , so after a stalemate for a few moments the guy looked at his wife on the camel then the guide and shrugged his shoulder and said, " OK you keep my wife then ! " I have never seen a lady so quickly removed from a camel before , the guide knew the scam was over !

The Louvre is fascinating but needs so much time, and Pompeii is awe inspiring , you have a great bucket list I hope you get to live it all .

Daisy,
Maybe showing my age but I use to know all the words to , " There's hole in my bucket ! Dear Lisa , dear Lisa "

Rachel,
I hope you make it to Old Blighty ! Can't make promises on the weather , just bring clothes that suit a heatwave , a snowstorm and heavy showers !!

I'm a list maker. Things to buy, things to do, things to take (on a trip, not shoplift - ha). The lists of things to do go into my "job jar". Too many jobs, too little time, so the jar got full. I needed a bigger container, so I got a List Bucket. Well, not yet, but getting one is on my bucket list.
