We could call the first day too but no day one, that will be tomorrow once the first hormones be in my body for a whole day. lol
Today I finally begin in HRT.
Two weeks ago I had the appointment with endocrinologists but therapist didn't give me the referral letter so I got another appointment for today and finally I began in Estradio parches.
The Pirolactone wasn't available at the pharmacy so tomorrow.
I'm so excited. No expecting great changes but as in a thread about positive changes on HRT I expect to easy the Dysphoria...

Thank you ladies for your kind comments.
Today day zero looks far, im the 38th, lol but it means a lot, like this section of transexuals is a lot less visited than crossdresers section but I feel accepted anyway in a different and new world for me.

I couldn’t agree more Vanessa! We are all sisters and need to stick together and support each other! If you need to vent about anything my ear is always free!

All the best with the first days on HRT Vanessa.
Have you been on antiandrogens prior to the move to HRT?

Coffee, I'm feel so embarrassed that just now I saw your post on my thread and I haven't answer you.
Thanks for your good wishes.
I haven't been on antiandrogens before. Why you ask?

Started on a testosterone blocker over six weeks ago and started the estradiol just less than a week ago. To date my skin and hair are unchanged and no breasts have popped out. It seems to be true, this will take some time. Good luck!

Brenda, if you see the speed of things grow in the body as nails, hair, what's the speed of a teenager girl's breast grows is slow so don't pretend to see changes soon. Before seeing you will feel something in your nipples, those are earliest estrogen effects, the other effects as a sifter skin, hair growing on head, less and fine hair on arms and legs, etc. take some months if there are some visible changes there.
What I've read is the feminization changes are very minimal that most trasgender women do feminization surgeries, more for older people as me...
