Have had several wonderful experiences in the nail salons over the years, sitting next to women who treated me as any other female customer.
Which is fairly special because in the early years I was fully drab, and although I've never been fully en-femme, in these encounters I was just one of them.
And no, I wasn't the 'silly gay guy' either (no offense meant).

In fact, it's been in any positive encounter with females, that I've felt that intense joy clear to my soul and spirit.

Happiness is as Beverley says being out and about but I'll add having absolutely normal conversations with folk. They don't try to "get away fromthe strange person" or make rude, pointed or enquiring remarks. They just chat to you as they would with anyone else and in moments like that you really feel the true you.

When I go through my wardrobe and find a cute skirt or top that I forgot I bought. That always brings a smile on this girls face. Its like, I went shopping without going out. This happens to me quite a lot. I go on a shopping spree and put everything away without trying them on again at home.
