When I used to live in an apartment, I used to swim in a bikini all the time.

I bought some one piece swim suits. But ended up only using my bra & panties as a bikini. And that was only in the spa in the back yard with a fence all round. Did it for one summer and did get a nice bikini tan line.

NO, sorry to say! Summer means family vacations and the required fuzzy legs are a must!! Sob sob sob So the key is timing the last shave of the season to match the first wearing of male short plus say one month!!! Way to complicated!!! Hehehehe

I only went swimming once, fairly late in the evening when I was the only one in the pool (motel in Georgia). It was pretty much right outside my door, so that wasn't a big deal, but the fact that I have to wear a wig was. Oh, and I had to wear a "skirted" swimsuit, to hide the "package".

I found a lovely swim dress in M&S last year, and wore it to the beach on my surfing holiday...

Also a lovely white pleated tennis skirt which I have to loose a few pounds to fit into...

Nice swimsuit pics, everybody, especially with those heels, Barbie! Yours too, Carol Ann! Sorry, didn't notice those white pumps the first time I looked, with the white background and all. How'd you know that's how I always break in a new pair around my apartment?:D
In another thread, I posted this (http://www.skinzwear.com/shoppingcart/product_detail.cfm?item__code=M18L-5148) link as one example of sites that offer men's bikinis and thongs that look not all that different from women's bikini bottoms. You can order them in the same fabrics they use for their women's styles. As far as that goes, all their tops and bottoms are sold separately, so you can even order a woman's top to match the men's bikini or thong. I did that once, and the sales rep on the phone got a little confused and said "What kind of bottom is SHE going to wear?" She couldn't keep from being a little surprised when I explained, but it was no biggie!
I didn't think of it when I started that thread, but here's (http://www.xdress.com/MZ-showdetail?itemid=Z6034&returnurl=MI-CA&returncap=Return+to+the+gallery&returnpro=default&cid=C9789.01SK&dtind=38793.2556712847) the first men's two-piece bikini set I know of. It's about like the women's Speedo workout bikinis. I only saw one top, but if you want a different bottom you could try this (http://www.bodyaware.com/MZ-showdetail?itemid=M207T&returnurl=MI-EA&returncap=Return+to+the+gallery&returnpro=default&cid=C9789.01TD&dtind=38793.2588993981) one or this (http://www.bodyaware.com/MZ-showdetail?itemid=M207&returnurl=MI-EA&returncap=Return+to+the+gallery&returnpro=default&cid=C9789.01TD&dtind=38793.2588993981) one. As far as I can tell, it's the same print. No question red toenails would go with any of those!
I don't know how many of us can get by with our own hair for swimming, but here's (http://www.headcovers.com/moreinfo.php?id=400) one way to get around that, and maybe add a little glam besides! I like wearing those with a woman's bathing suit whenever I'm practicing water ballet movements in the pool. Been watching too many Esther Williams movies, I guess!

While on my currect project, to hit a tanning salon enfemme (casual femme mind you with light makeup) and then hit the pool at the extended stay place I am staying. Grant it the staff knows me but the clientelle do not. Not a cross eye or word bu the folks there. Even hit the hot tub. Don't know if I am that "passable" or if no one generally cared!
I do know I need to lose 5-10 more lbs though before I hit the beach!!! One thing I LOVE is the tan lines I getting though!

A couple of yrs ago, we were camping in the UP of Michigan, in mid summer. I stopped along the shore of Lake Superior for lunch. After lunch, I though what the heck, I had a one peice suit with me, I was going to get it wet. When I ran out in the water and dove in, what a shock. I didn't have to worry about anything showing out of place, everything srivveled up and went into hiding. The water was 55 degrees cold. And out I came. shivering...BJ
