4 TG's one car,loooooots of luggage

It's that time again me and my 3 friends are preparing for the annual Sparkle Transgender weekend of Celebration were going for an extra day this year Thursday to Monday,Travelling en femme and the usual dilemmas arise what to take and how the heck do we got 4 people and god knows how many pieces of luggage into one Motor.

Atm it looks like for me One Large Suitcase and one smaller one,and carry on handbag (And I'm the least fussy one) Somehow we always manage,and actually it all adds to the fun and excitement of planning for this wonderful event with my best friends,not to forget all the great people we've befriended :) :hugs:

Now that's what I call forward planning. Sparkle is early July, and it's not quite yet June, but you have your suitcase ready. It's a great event and I know that you will enjoy. Hoping that I might get there for part of Saturday, but can't manage the whole weekend unfortunately.

Well yes the suitcases are ready Kaye,theres just the small matter of just what to fill them up with that has still to be made :)

Simple answer to this , who owns the car ? Whoever does they do as budget airlines do and charge the others for extra baggage , if it's you car then you have the right to take the most !

Maybe hire a luggage box for the roof , or split the cost 4 ways on one you will have it for the next trip then . I have to smile about these trips/ stopovers , no matter how much stuff you take you always forget one of the basics , I missed my forms out and had to borrow some on one occasion .

Hopefully like me you have passed the stage of having to pack some drab backup , What a waste of space !!

Have a great time , I'm not going add don't do anything I wouldn't do, we all know where that leads because we do !!!

I go on trip pretty regulary every 4-7 weeks, sometimes more or less, depending on my opportunities. i carry a small Samsonite hardcover suitcase with me. It takes about 3 pair of heels, 58 dresses a few tops and blouses, my handbag, make-up bag, braws and some little things as tights a scarf and two jackets. The case is very full when everything is packed.

I always had trouble packing for trips when I was taking my crossdressing wardrobe. It was so hard to figure out what to leave behind. I would want to take this outfit with heels and this outfit and heels, etc. And then I would go shopping on the trip and have to figure out how to bring home the additional items. My carry on was always packed to the max as well as my checked luggage.
