Wearing my LBD, hose and heels and it is satisfying to me to set down cross my legs and feel the hose and my heel on the floor with my toe turned up on my leg that's crossed. Also the lipstick stain on my coffee cup is a close second feeling of satisfaction.

I don't have one it is more of a compilation of the process and then the results of the time spent in my Fran persona. So I would say it is when I have been Fran long enough to satisfy the need on that particular occasion. No matter if it is a hour or days being in that persona to the point that I am satisfied and ready to leave it and revert to my normal everyday self. And then the cycle restarts and I look for even more or different experiences.

ALL that it takes to purchase every item necessary from the multiple stores I visited and online shopping when the internet became available.
Not trying to fool any of the sales girls/ladies of what I am purchasing is not for me. Makeup, breast forms, high heels, etc.
Growing up putting on female clothes with my sisters with what ever reason we/I created.
Learning to hook a bra behind my back like any girl. The time it took to learn to walk in high heels without breaking an ankle.
Being honest with myself that I am going to continue to crossdress going into my adult years from all the CD's I began to see on TV growing up.
They were grown men completely dressed as women who had started young with similar stories like mine.
That feeling of the transformation once I put a wig on to see that female image greeting me in the mirror.

Like others said it is absolutely when I put on the wig and see myself in the mirror fully transformed. There is no feeling like it. I'm both confident and amazed, no matter what. That is the best feeling.

I get a warm fuzzy when the lipstick goes on, the final touch, and a woman looks back at me in the mirror. And again when I her the "click click" of my high heels on the floor. Womens shoes make a distinctive sound that mans shoes can't replicate.
