Accepting everyone!

I went to a new church! (no talk about religion!) They are totally accepting of everyone and so LGBT+ friendly! The opening was a blessing of a child with lesbian parents! It just felt so good I had to share with someone! Oh, and it is a Baptist church! Hugs Lana Mae

So glad you found such an accepting church. It can be difficult to do sometimes because many try to use THEIR interpretation of the Bible to show us the wrong path we've taken. Jesue did say love your neighbor and not to judge. To bad people don't practice what they preach. Enjoy you new found church and new friends

Lana Mae, that sounds great. Titularly I'm Catholic, but I some times go to a Universalist church which is very LGBT friendly.

That's good to hear. I was on FB earlier where one of my "friends" was citing scripture that condemns CDing. Rather than starting an argument, I put him on snooze for 30 days. I'm guessing his church is Baptist but I could be wrong.
