okay help with the list girls i get it start with the things i have found to be true. one thing is when dressed i set down to pee no peeing on the seat or leaving the lid up :D wife loves that one.love to go shoping with the wife most guys don't reather be with buddies, know the best make up (wife always saing you know makeup beter then me :D love to buy clothes and understand why the wife needs so many shoes to go with diffenrt outfits.love to sit down and watch a tear jerking move and somtime do tear up :D keep very clean and groomed you wont find dirt and gress under my nails for weeks at a time. so crossdressers are very clean except for maybe a pile of clothes lol and on the clean thing i find when dressed i like to dust and do a lot of ladys house work. i use to have a hell of a temper and found that after the wife found out and let me dress the temper was realy cut down ? does anyone els have a possitive thing about crossdressing?i feel if we would have possitives why we do it would help been except NOT that i feel i need to be excepted my wife already does. but i am trying to come up with a way to make the public more aware that cd are here to stay and we all are not gay and we all are not nuts, some ladys like a man for what they are not a beer drinking hot rod fool i better shut up i drink a liitle beer lol

There are many benifits to being a crossdresser. When I lived In NYC, I used to go to many night clubs, similar to Studio 54(It closed down) where people used to wait for the doorman to pick them. Being a Drag Queen type, the doormen would let me go right in without waiting. Also I never had to pay to get in these clubs, the doorman gave me a comp pass. Inside these clubs I never had to pay for drinks, being a queen the bartenders gave me free drinks and there was always some guy willing to buy me drinks. Because I was a drag queen, I quickly joined the "in crowd", who would keep me informed of the latest party or new place to hang out. None of this would have happened while dressed drab. For some reason a drag queen gave the clubs a little extra rating(?). I mean,, it seems like the more outragous a club was, made people want to go there even more. And drag queens were part of this craziness.

There are lots of positives... problem is... two wardrobes are EXPENSIVE. ;)

Jennifer, ain't that the truth!
My gg friends always seem to drag me around shopping since I seldom mind going from one place to another to find the perfect outfit. I wonder why? And we can give an informed opinion on what will look good :). And I am sure our empathy levels are higher than normal too ...

A healthy reason.
Anything that makes you want to lose your "beer belly" can't be all bad. For the first time in my life I'm getting serious about losing weight. After all, what girl doesn't want to fit into a smaller dress size?

There are many positives to it. The only down side that I see is the having to manage 2 wardrobes. But we all do.

I can relate to all these benefits of being a crossdresser and truely believe these are qualities that make us such better all rounded people instead of the short-sighted nut cases around.
I also agree the hardest part of this is the fact we have two wardrobes. I can't remeber that last time I bought some male clothes for work. I hardly ever go out sociallising with my unknowing friends as I honestly don't have anything decent to wear. Any time I get an spare cash I'm in town hunting around the girlie shops for a new skirt or top!

Ah Crikey! I wish I lived in NYC! In my city, going out as a drag queen would probably result in the bouncer tossing you out on your tush! We have a bar here called "Cowboys" where, no joke, the waitresses get annual bonuses in the form of breast implants!
And going out in drag automatically labels you as gay here.
That's it, I'm going west!
toodles yall..

I find there to be little downsides to being a crossdresser. Perhaps the two best perks I can think of is it keeps my weight down, as I hate what I look like dressed up when fat, and secondly, it's just plain sexy, makes me feel sexy, and I can get instant sexual gratification!
