I do 95% of our shopping as Rhonda. At Cos__o, I occasionally am challenged when an observant SA notices that my membership card has my male-self photo. I hate having to explain while standing in a crowded line.

Well, yesterday I show up to shop and --- what? Where the heck is my me,bership card??? After frantically tearing my purse and wallet apart, to no avail, I decide to just own it. At the card checkpoint I inform the woman that I need to go to membership, and am waved in. I met the kindest and most understanding young woman working the membership desk. I told her I lost my membership card and asked for a new one. I handed over my male drivers license and it takes a second, but the light bulb went off for her and she said "no problem". I asked if she could change my account to reflect just my initials and last name, and again, not a problem.

Bottom line, I walked away with a club ID card that has Rhonda's photo and only initials for my first and middle name. YEA! At checkout, the female clerk and her female packer seemed more friendly than I've ever noticed after I showed my new ID.

My advice, Do It For Yourself! It feels GREAT!

Best,
Rhonda

I just did the same thing only with my drivers license. My wife and I are both retired and after a couple of years of medical problems and a family member passing we decided to make a move. While out exploring one day we found a home for sale by owner. We stopped and knocked, surprising my wife since I was dressed. We met the owner, met the H O A, and bought the house. Since than I have met the neighbors, changed the registration on our car and rv, and changed the address and picture on my licence to my fem self yeah

At my Wholesale Club, I use my card with the male picture.
On the way in, they never look at the picture, just verify that you have a card in your hand.
I use the self checkout. It's usually faster, and you just scan your card, No one looks at it.
