First of all let me say that I am a Long time reader First time poster! I need help if you ladies would be so kind! I need help identifying a particular type of panty...All i know is that they are from the brand Dedicates and were sold at J.C. Penney's around the year 1996-7ish? (showing my age i know) They Have a pleated front panel with lace at the hi cut leg, full back. I fell in love with these panties when sneaking into my moms panty drawer when I was coming up... and with most things in life time passed and i had forgotten about them! I have attached perhaps the only picture in existence lol. I thank you ladies in advance for your help!
P.S. They don't make em like they used too....

I have not got a precise answer to what you are trying to find but I would type in "Retro panties" and see what the search engine turns up, just a thought.

Hi Kristy, nothing came up putting that photo on Google or Tineye image search.
Like Jimmiya said the brand is Delicates not Dedicates. Looking on eBay, Penney's name doesn't appear on the vintage Delicates panty labels, so searching there under "women's vintage" for just "Delicates panties" gave more results. They kind of look like flutter or tap panties styling but then snug instead. Perhaps just simply "high cut" was the original descriptor. Looks like manufactured in Hong Kong at that time frame based on other Delicates panty labels I saw. I searched Yahoo images trying various keywords but didn't see that style. If you recall they were nylon, or sheer, etc. that might help. I saw some sheer bouquet panties on eBay that looked closest of anything, not the same color/pattern though, and didn't appear as hi-cut as yours.
It also appears the exact style number might not have appeared on the label, which means knowing that might not help in tracking a pair of them down. I tried googling some random vintage style numbers I took off the eBay options and nothing came of it.
I sent you an email with a link to the '95 JCP lingerie catalog, all 40 pages. If you don't get the email, let me know. Buying a catalog is a needless crap shoot I think, the link I sent also has
a 1996 and 1997 catalog, but I didn't see those panties in any of them, though I didn't look closely.

I’ve seen Zach and Miri Make a Porno, and those are Granny Panties!

Whatever they are, they look like something that would be fun to wear.
