I was just sending a e-mail to my boss and signed it Anna but caught it before I sent it. I can see I am going to be more carefull. Any one else have this problem.

There is a easy way to take care of that problem. Create a "Sigature file". This file will be attached to the end of your email. I use one here at work all the time. Easier than adding your name, title, telephone, etc.
