Are we pretty on the inside as well?

A young lass working in my local soup kitchen openly said that I was so peaceful last night! and my Buddhist Venerables call me the compassionate one. Yet as a Buddhist bodyguard for an Anglican Reverend in a soup kitchen not so pretty, but more beautiful!

I guess that the more I understand how beautiful I am on the inside, the more beautiful I can be on the outer!

I try to be serene and pretty on the inside also. Sometimes I succeed sometimes not so much. I have to admit serenity comes easier to Nikki.

Sometimes yes, sometimes not so much. Has a lot to phases or situations we each go thru. And just because I'm feeling groovy or humorous doesn't mean other people are. Just keep doing your best to be kind to others and keep thinking positive thoughts.
