I do watch other crossdresser and transsexuals sites. I appreciate how genetically born males can look so good as attractive curvy GG. Their butts, they truly are amazing and I wonder how they get those nice feminine curvy butts and some are quite large. But they are all very nicely shaped. We have discussed on this site hormones help just a little, same with exercise; well how do they do it. Butt implants with rubber or encased silicone don't seem to work because you set on them and they move, flatten out or are uncomfortable. Only thing I can come up with is "Pumping". That is injecting silicone in the butt. All medical folks say this is dangerous. Many are caucasion, not Latin American so they are born with small or no butt. Anybody know how they get girly butts, I've looked for them at WalMart but they don't sell them? Go to the sites and look for your self.

They get fat transfer surgery would be my guess.
I looked in to having that done but could not find a local plastic surgeon to do it.
I guess my butt isn't tiny for a guy but I would love to have it filled out in the right places to look correctly feminine.

The first thing that helps is being totally hair free , even my hands look more elegant when I've shaved them .

When I was about 9-10 years old my T kicked in before most others , the outcome was my legs formed muscle mass and my rear end became much bigger and rounded . I did get treased quite badly for this but the bonus was my other muscles had developed so they didn't argue with me for long . My butt has retained that shape , I guess that's why my hips and bust are the same measurement . ( 37" ) I don't use any extra padding I just go with what I've been given .

The right exercises can change your shape but we never know for certain how many in the pictures you mention aren't taking hormones or supplements , then we have the possibilty of PhotoShop being used to retouch certain parts .

Teresa's experience may be the answer to adding some mass to the rear. It may have a significant cost, i.e., time and effort. When my daughter was in high school she was on the track team. She trained and ran for long distances. Her muscles developed in her upper legs. Visually there was a big change. When she gave up track her upper legs reverted to their original mass. Want to run everyday for hours and hours. I don't get fixated on this overly feminine physique. Not all women have big butts. Or Barbie dolls waists. I've found wearing certain styles of dresses is adequate for me; wraps, empire waists, sheaths.

personally I wouldn't discount just plain simple padding in a great many cases. There's loads of padded knickers and silicon pads to be bought all relatively cheaply. When fortunate enough to go on one of my extended holidays I've used Holisters to glue padding in place and while not exactly Beyoncé the effect does add to the overall shape that in my opinion is more like the average GG. Further to that I'd rather appear as average than stand out in a crowd large.

We may not be able to achieve ultra curvy rears but even a little padding adds to the picture.

I use padded panties. If you look around, not all GGs have big cute butts. Some probably need to use the same padded panties that I use. You don't think padded panties are only made for CDs, do you?

I wear preformed foam butt pads. See my avatar. That's 2 pads 1 1/4" thick. They don't compress easily like home made foam ones and cheaper and better than padded panties! They r kept in place by very thin stretchy, straps and r covered in fabric so don't slip and slide like silicone and r very comfy to sit on, Deebra!
Many stores sell them as well as online. My last one cost $4 from China.:)

Because they r NOT padded panties, just preformed pads, I can wear my 1/2" thick, 3/4", 1", or stack them all together!:D

I'm wearing 2 pads 1 3/4" thick below. Along with my home made foam hip pads which r in a padded pantie that easily fits over all my butt pads.:daydreaming:

I believe it is mostly a matter of genetics and to a lesser extent training. I am lucky to have a slender body with more feminine curves than the average man. I have also exercised regularly for 40 years, running, weights, high intensity cardio etc. I wear leggings when I work out and women always compliment me. I am not a fan of injecting anything in our bodies; and that goes for men and women who seek to artificially enhance their features for whatever reasons. If you want the look mentioned in this post; by all means look for pads or something similar. A healthy body trumps any artificial appearance.

Let's not get off track, the subject is " how do transsexuals get curvy female butts". I am not talking about butt pads. The sites I watched are all moving and up close videos, not still pictures. With breast implants you can see the give away edge of the implant and the surgical scar under the fold so a trained eye can tell natural from augmentation. The many many butts I have watched on videos show no surgical scars and surprisingly they are all perfectly shaped. So How ???

I think Traci gave a good answer/possibility. Micki's was very good too, Micki please tell us more in detail, we would all like to know. And I'm to dam old to have it done, I just would love to know how they do it. Traci and others have said before that hormones and exercise won't do it so again how do those transsexual male to female that have such a curvy, non muscular soft feminine figure do it. The sites are pornographic and they do show nude bodies and what I am talking about. Would give the site but moderators wouldn't allow it. So take a look, it would be nice if one of those models would tell us.

I have a bigger can than my ex did, and I'm not huge. I think we're envious of women that we see online, and aren't really watching those in the real world. Pick a time, say a half hour, the next time you're out and about, and count how many women that actually have hips. Unless they're overweight, few really have the ideal butt. ( And how many walk like men)

We have attended Mary's in Long Beach once a month for years. All the dancers/strippers there r trans and most have full, fem figures. In particular, large tits and butts. Implants, of course. We dance rite next to them for hours each nite. In some u can see the pronounced edges of the implants. But, I've never seen even one with scars by her implants!:daydreaming:

Like u, I'm somewhat curious about how modern day butt implants r done, deebra. However, when I've seen the dancers they r always on stage working. I've seen one just hanging out at a club. If I ever do, I promise to find out about the work she's had done!:thumbsup:

Grow Fat In the Labratory
Donating fat from one person to another would cause rejection, infection and other issues. If the Immune reaction of the host or recipient is reduced to overcome the issue of the rejection, then other problems can surface. For practical proposes it is not possible. However, there are groups looking into growing one's own fat outside in the laboratory and then injecting it back to the patient.

Fat donation
Sounds liek a great idea to donate fat. However, everyone has a different immune system and what are called HLA types which make our tissues different. Therefore, rejection is an issue. The only way to get around this is with immunosuppression.

I wear a women's padded girdle. And...I added a car wash sponge to each side--under the shaped pad. For more oomph.
Of course, it helps to be thin and wear a tight waist nipper to keep the waist thin for contrast.

I found out that most of the men and women pay great attention to the butt.
Just see any woman in front of a mirror, she will turn a bit to see her own butt.
In my case I always had a nice male butt, why I say male? because I lack of one of the important things of a butt the tights or hip, but wearing a made for me foam pair of hip pads the things are resolve and i feel comfortable.
Now, In a daily trasgender woman life I don't wear the pads and I don't see weird faces because tons of women with rounded butt but no hips...
After all I'm not interested to call men's attention...

There is a few M.D's that inject fat with Estrogen and Stem cells.

Estrogen causes fat to go to the hips,butt and thighs and away from the stomach but when estrogen is low the fat moves from those areas to the stomach and love handles.
Testosterone causes fat to accumulate on the stomach.

Same here, I have a slow metabolism due to medications so a pretty high percentage of whatever I eat gets stored as fat.
Not an ideal situation to be in thats for sure.
My meds affect hormones and the way my body stores fat and how it burns or lack of burning it.
Not to mention it can increase one appetite or cause binge eating in some cases which I do strive hard to suppress.

It is NOT size, but the profile CURVATURE. When you think of a curved line, it has two ends and a "peak" where the curve tops out before going back to the other end. The profile curve of the male butt, curves out from the waistline and has a "peak" in the middle, halfway down. The upper and lower halves more or less the same size. on a FEMALE the curve begins as a slope from just above the waist, and peaks near the bottom and curves back in more quickly. -----look next time and you can see generally, what I mean. It is interesting how the shapes of curves alone can affect how we are attracted to people--according to our sexuality. "Positive" and "negative" Spheres also have a different aesthetic to people depending on sexuality---a fascinating study at basic psychological levels.

But there are Round butts on women that don't slope and there are inverted "V" or upside down triangle butts that don't slope.

THE "A"/PEAR SHAPE AND THE "O"/ROUND OR THE MOST IDEAL BUTTS.



Men's waist are lower then females and most men don't have the back fat to have a pear shaped butt.

Women waists are above there navel with indent/troughs on average like a Coke bottle.
