So there is the Q if you want to add that to the sandwich.

On looking at the actual shelf label for the product, it seems that the they are using the term "Guacamole" under poetic license as the actual ingredient is listed as "creamy avocado". I can't think of another "g" that would go well with BLT, perhaps granary bread.

Yeah, well, nutritionists are a flaky bunch; it's kind of pseudo science. One week something's good for you, next week, it's bad. Whatever you want to eat, you can find some nutritionist that will tell you it's a great idea, and healthy, too!

That said, tomato is one of the great flavors.

I don't eat BLT sandwiches the tomato juice always runs down my hand and drips onto my dress right were the napkin is not protecting my lap. But a good Mayo Babylonia and Peanut butter on white bread is to die for. What you haven't tried a MBPBwB sandwich? Stop turning up the nose on it and give it a taste.
