This may or may not sound weird so i'll explain it the best i can.
Through my whole life i've always had a small frame and really skinny arms.
Up until about 6 months ago my upper arms and chest have gotten bigger and more muscular. To anyone who is a non-op or any other type of TS my now understand how i feel this is a bad thing. My body and legs are still small and skinny otherwise, but up top is bigger.
I don't want to look like a man.
PS
No i don't work out or lift anything heavy for a living.

Sorry to hear that Deborah.
You may have had an increase in testosterone. I suggest T blockers to prevent further development.
On the other hand, maybe something you've been taking has steroids in it, unbeknownst to you. Check what you've been taking, if anything.

Anything hormone related should affect the rest of the body too. It may just be your genetic 'way of being'. Have you put on any weight? (If it's not rude to ask ;))
Other than hormones (see a specialist) I'm not aware of anything that'll reduce muscle, except doing nothing. Hey, good excuse :)
There are ways for normal women to dress to make the most of their figure, do a few searches in google and those tips should help you as well.
Take care :)

Deborah:
I suggest aeerobic "did I spell that right?" execersize. I don't know how old you are but I do know that my upper body can be the same size it was when I was 19 if I do aerobic excersize every other day for about 45 min. Men don't get much bigger as far as bones go after they are about 18. Try it... I think it will help.
I like to ride my bicycle. It helps keep my legs in good shape, it's great for my heart, and it takes the fat from my upper body.

Hi ladies!Next week i'll go out to do my first shopping in my life as a woman, but ...
I need your oppinion -what should i do if any woman/man will "calculate" me and will ask me any unpleasant question...
Is anybody had a problem to use public restroom?
I'm married and my wife , she is very supportive to me ,but she scared, if somebody will see her with new me,so it will be complicated to explain everything. What do you think, gals? What and how i suppose to act?
Hug you!
