So it has been a couple years since I had visited this forum. But this week end i had a chance to dress since the wife was away. I felt so very nice, like wearing that old comfy sweatshirt on a cool Autumn day, sitting outside by the fire while drinking some hot coco.....

Two blissful days feeling like all of my troubles have just melted away. I need more colors other than black and pink....

sometimes I wonder if I am giving up too much of who I am....

Rachel;
I agree with you, I have fixed my scheduled so I have 4 days at home and can stay dressed
all the time. It is like heaven for me, I got some house work done, and enjoying myself.
You do look like you are enjoying yourself also.

I only have enjoyed Carolyne time an hour or two at a time over the last few years.
I can only imagine how relaxing it would be to have a few days just to be Rachel
So peaceful to just let that side of you enjoy your home.
Best of luck for more home alone time.

Rachel:

You have a very cute face and it expresses what you wrote. Many, if not most of us, who are not full time, find that blissful relaxation and the sublime lifting of our daily grind, and the distancing from vexing problems everytime we dress — we understand from where you speak. PLEASE try to stay with us and share you angst, your joy, your love of yourself en femme. You are home here.

Best,
Rhonda

We all change all the time. You’re not giving up who you are, you’re letting go of who you were.

Feeling happy, looking happy.
you go girl!
Glad you got some real you time.
And as others have said, don't be a stranger here. For many who lack opportunities to actually dress it's a lifeline. Myself included. Please tell me your wife doesn't check your phone/computer?! There's respecting a wife who struggle with CDing and then there's controlling behaviour, which is an actual crime here in Blighty.
Stick around and be happy, Rachel
