What if I'm a sporty person and I like playing soccer outdoors, going to the gym with hiking and of course I'm doing all of this guy mode Can you still achieve a passable figure and to switch as you like?

I have been physically active while wearing waist cincher, all in one girdle, and foam hip and butt pads. But, the real kicker was my foam breast forms! I didn't even notice I was wearing any of the foam items. But, next time? No waist cincher!:Angry3:

Probably, but I did on occasions watch women's weightlifting competitions, so understand CIS females come in many different shapes and sizes so why can't Cd'ers.

It's ultimately about your physical and mental comfort level. However, I would agree that strenuous activity while wearing a waist cincher can be challenging and most uncomfortable.

'Passable' is relative. What do you want to pass as? A GG? Unless you have all the other physical, vocal and behavioral things down perfectly, probably not. It only takes ONE thing to clue people in that you're not a GG and they will start to look for other signs. Few of us can pass muster.

I am a lifelong exerciser who has a petite body; 5 ft 6 140, so I can almost pull it off. That being said I would never exercise in anything that constricts my movements or was not designed to wear during exercise. I wear leggings all the time; all shapes and colors. But those are made for workouts. The goal of an exercise routine should be improving ones health.

Hmm, I don't know since I haven't seen you. But those world cup gals are darned athletic. And they pass.

All shapes and sizes dear. It's what you do with what you have. Quite frankly being in better shape and not having a gut are probably assets. Plus even if you appear a bit masculine, attractive translates across the divide.

Well there ARE female body builders and exercise junkies. Also, look up Drag queen Kameron Michaels. She does it and she rocks the guns as well.

I love how people ask if they can pass and we have no idea what they look like in girl mode.
Not many can really pass so keep that in mind.

I play tennis and golf, run half-marathons, do shorter triathlons AND cross-dress.

I've done a triathlon in the morning and CDed that afternoon. Last year I was at the Triathlon National Age Group Championships in Cleveland and went through the Rock and Roll hall of fame (Thanks, Kandi) on Friday in girl mode and did the race Saturday in guy mode. I'm returning to Cleveland in August and once again I plan to do girl things on Thursday and Friday and races on Saturday and Sunday.

I have CDed and then changed to play tennis and played tennis and then changed to CD.

So yes, it's possible to be sporty AND dress.
