Just a tugging or tucking question?

I was simply wondering...................Is there a broccoli method for tucking?
I've got ideas for the elastic but the stock is just uncomfortable. Any suggestions! Or is this a lounge question?

The trick to tucking using broccoli is to do what you must with the rubber bands, then tuck the crown of the broccoli up through the back of your bra. This is not a maneuver for the faint of heart.

Will it stay! God if it let go the pain it would cause! Now how do you conceal the hunch in your back!

That's what I was wondering. But if the rubber bands cut loose, I expect I'd have other things on my mind.
