I have a neighbor in her early seventies that accepts me for what I am.Her husband died a year ago so i help her with mowing her lawn
taking out her garbage etc.two to three times a week I go over to her house for some girl talk.Yesterday she asked me what I use for my
breasts.I told her I use breastforms I get online.She started telling me how she had breast cancer in her right breast.And she wondered
weather they would work for her.So I said I had some smaller ones at my housec ad she could try them onSo i gave her one for her right breast and she liked it.It felt wonderful to be involved in intimate girl talk like that.She has three daughter who live in various parts of the country
and when they come home they always hug me for helping their mother out.It feels like i have three sisters.The sometime give me earring
and necklaces they picked out for me.I can't describe the feeling of being accepted as a woman by these ladies

You acted at the human level and regardless of how you were dressed that brought a response reflective of your action. We are after all still just human and if we interact with others at that level then it's a cold heart that fails to recognise the simple humanity offered.

Good to hear a genetic lady values helpful personal information regardless of source.

It might be different where you live, Michelle, but our government health care helps out with the cost of breast forms and other "assistive devices." If she hopes to get one on insurance, a fitting from a qualified individual is likely required.
