Can effect your fertility.
So will wearing panties all the time cause any health issues?

Yeah, keeping “the boys” too close to the body all the time can negatively affect your sperm count, but I’m unaware of any other health risks.

Yes, keeping the 'boys' at body temperature can cause fertility issues. Please consult your primary care physician for the whole story. I'd love to be proven wrong, but I suspect there are some long term health risks. That said, I'm not a MD.

This is anecdotal evidence, but I've heard of a gentleman working for a steel mill who was unable to sire children until he was reassigned to cooler duties.
