Own it day

Well on my first "sweater weather" day I felt so good I had what I call one of my "own it days". Basically I just felt as if any inhibitions just melted away. Went shopping, had lunch, visited Sephora (of course). These days are becoming more and more frequent; which I see as a good sign.
