Hi girls, I've noticed from a few threads that more than a few of us have either served in the military or are still serving. Here's an informal poll:

1) What branch of the military? (army, navy, airforce, marine, coastguard, boyscouts, etc.)
2) Which country?
3) How long were you in?
4) What was your highest rank?
5) What was your military occupation?
6) Regulars or weekend warrior?
7) Did anyone know about your dressing?
8) Any funny incidents?

For me it was 1) Army, 2) Canada, 3) 10 years 4) Master Corporal 5) Radio Operator 6) weekends 7) I hope not! 8) One time I showed up on parade with a little bit of eyeliner under my eyes, another time I showed up in uniform and forgot to take my earrings out! Luckily the sergeant that noticed was pretty cool..

Well lets see
Served in the Navy for the United States Submarine service
I was enlisted achieved rank of E7
Retired with a downsizing early out at 15years
Had occasional desires to CD but didn't because I convinced myself it was strange. :o

Miss the military service alot because of the sense of purpose that a regular job doesn't have.

Loven life and still trying to develope a look that is me. :)

Where in Canada did you serve? Were you attached to 1CER in Chilliwack or did you end up in Hell (Suffield)? I was attached to the Engineers for several exercises and after watching them blow shit up, I was ready to remuster to sapper.. then I saw them building bridges and thought twice about it..

Because here in the USA an act of congress makes an Officer a Gentleman. When I was on Shore patrol duty They got just as drunk as the enlisted men so who is a GENTLEMAN.
