I recently worked on real padding and developing my figure. On reviewing some pictures, it hit me -- I look like someone I've known, at least in the figure! She worked at a school where I taught part time about 25 years ago. She was a tall, full figured lady (really sweet, too) who really could wear a skirt suit. I wonder how many others have noticed something like that.

Amazingly, I resemble a slightly overweight 62-year old man, whose belly looks horrible in most women's clothing. But, I'm seriously working on losing that this year.
I can't say I've resembled anyone I know.

My friends and relatives who new my Mother say I look a lot like her, I'd like to think so.....was always a nice compliment.
I have a picture of her at 18 and if you put me next to the picture at that age, we looked like twins.

The same for me. I never lose too much, though. I'm just big. Even when I was 30 lbs lighter, I looked about as big.

Well we do tend to pattern ourselves after GG's we find attractive.

The first time I showed my aunt how I looked as I walked into her living room she had me back out and come in again. She said I looked like my mother and walked exactly like her. My Aunt was a model and encouraged me to dress.

Monica looks like her sister, only in tighter clothes. It's kind of unnerving sometimes.

The wife and I were watching Thor Ragnarok, when Cate Blanchett walked out of the portal I think “wow she looks like me” and then wife says “she looks like you!“

My mother and sister r slim never had full figures. So, for Sherry's fuller figures I look to copy other women.:daydreaming:

That means my options r almost limitless!

I think all you girls on here are gorgeous and can easily be the inspiration for new CDers to aspire to. I know I certainly do.
I have a few GG friends who I think are beautiful and I guess in these early days for me, I am somewhat looking to try to be as lovely as they are.
Im also working on my figure by trying to loose some lbs and walking more (when these conditions improve) to tighten up my booty. Very much work in progress but I hope to see good results.
Love Rach

Karen,
That's great having a common interest with your dad !!

We can see what we want to see in the mirror , I guess I'm lucky I look like my mum and sister .

Geena,
Sometime ago there was a thread asking if we had celebrity "look a likes " , I can't remember the app but it was fun .

Your mother is very pretty and you pass very easy. You are lucky to have her genetics rock on.

I've never had the thought that any woman I've seen looks like me.
On the other hand the wife made a comment the other day. I'm not sure I agree (or want to agree) but she said, "you know you look like Martha Stewart".
A little shocked at that comparison.

I do think Martha is a good role model...she is successful and has a few collector cars! I also see some Martha in your looks Cheryl

I think I look a lot like my older sister. We always looked a lot alike .... and i started "borrowing" her clothes when I was 13.

I think you do - you've got her smile and overall facial structure.

Many years ago, I convinced my wife to help me apply makeup and a wig. When I looked int the mirror, I looked a lot like one of my sisters (not attractive). This scared my wife and I. I think that’s why I don’t bother trying to use makeup today, I just don’t find it appealing. I do enjoy the look and feel of women’s cloths on me from the neck down.

I once sent my brother a pic of me dressed on Halloween and he replied that I looked just like mom.
