So weeks later after her friends were over she brought up that one of them thought i was a girl. I didnt even know what to say to that. I should of told her to say thanks for me ;) ...If they only knew. Anyone else ever have a similar situation?

:Punch: Not that I look like a girl but I have some fem movements that have been pionted out to me by others. I have been called a fag numerous times, I always tell them "keep your women locked up when I'm around". I get no further comments as of yet.

Not exactly the same, but i went to a TG meeting in Seattle awhile back. Before anyone got there i changed into a lovely black dress that i have plus wig and makeup etc. So i walk into the lounge where we all sit and get myself a cup of coffee. I sit down and the rest of the group shows up.
After the meeting i get up just as it ends walk into the bathroom back into drab:( and walk back into the lounge.
I started talking to two of the girls in the group and one of them says "who are you" just as the other one goes "omg" (she figured it out) so i had to tell the first one that i was Deborah.
They asked why i changed back which is because i have kids at home and they don't need to see me.

For a theater event I participated in, I was dressed as a woman. The cast had to all sing a Karoke song that was to fit in with our characters. I choose Shawnia Twains's "Man, I feel like a woman." I started to sing the song, but the CD must have been scratched and I couldn't complete it. Later on, after I had been revealed to the audience a lady said that at first she thought I was a guy, but when she heard me sing - then she knew I was really a girl. Another lady asked me if those (my breasts) were implants. I informed her that they were just forms instead. I found it rather amusing that my first time out as a woman from head to toe was convincing as well as the voice. It gave me a lot of confidence.

While I have never been taken as a girl, outside of when fully dressed, I think I do have some femme traits that go back many years.
When I was in my 20's I was in a group that wore kilts. One day my sister said to me when i had my kilt on, You sweep the back of your skirt ( kilt ) just like a girl. Little did she know but i loved the comment
