Hi girls,
In my recent picture gallery posting i got a couple of comments on my posture. (Take a look if you wanna see how bad). I was wondering if there was any way any of you ladies know to fix it. i try to be in good posture but it just isnt natural unless i am thinking about it. Thanks for any help any one can offer.
Kisses,
Delighla

Some have found that a corset helps thier posture. It pulls your back streight and pushes your chest(breasts) up and out.

You could always try the old deportment method, put on a pair of heels, then place a book or 2 onto your head and try walking without the book falling off, if you practice this your posture will improve in time.:winking:

Stop slouching. Stand up straight, and put your shoulders back. Hold your head up. Bend your arms upward at the elbows while keeping your wrists straight or even slightly bent back. (Suck in that gut, soldier!) Then, without slumping your shoulders forward, lower your arms.
You know, that kind of stuff.

Practice daily, especially when you are not around others that might get suspicious.
My wife fussed me once & said I walked too straight & pulled my sholders back too much like a man. She said I was throwing my boobs out too much also.

you can be too straight???
TG Marla's comments are right on. Good posture is everything. Watch how gg's stand. Watch where they place their hands and arms in reference to their body. Watch how they place their feet while standing. Another thing to do is to just look at many pix of women in newspapers or magazines. Look at their posture. Look how they position themselves. Then practice.
Being a cd with the right mannerisms and posture is just like being an actor (or actress). You play the part.

I can only think of one thing to add. Try to stand with your feet together, toes and heels.

How about using a posture collar? While also doing all of the tips above.
You might have some fun with it.
