reading the descriptions of how we are dressed most generally include the color, type, and material that the panties are. the bra is described in detail as well. then a description of the outer clothing

ask any female to describe what she is wearing and she describes only the outer clothing.

ever wonder why?

Easy, For GG’s panties and bras are just regular routine things. Us on the other hand these are special and give some of us a connection to our feminine side.

I do not usually describe my underwear when asked what I am wearing - right now I would answer the question with night gown and cardigan sweater

It seems rather a trivial question. If someone wants to volunteer such information, that is entirely ok, but I would never ask and likely not respond.

Not really. The answer is pretty obvious. :)

I've never had anyone ask when I am in guy mode what type underwear I may be wearing. Frankly, women may discuss their underwear amongst themselves if there is some necessity as in a recommendation.

On this site we may discuss these articles because they are some sort of "forbidden fruit." Yes, I do state I may be wearing "a white bra, white panty, white full slip and white garter girdle" only because that's the nature of this site.

Like Bridget my answer is I am wearing a pink peignoir, pink panty and a male fluffy robe over it.

Yeah I suppose we are much more focused on the entirety than most women.
I would not be describing my lingerie unless it was really relavant to the outfit.

I have never had a discussion with another GG about underwear. It's not of interest to me or them. In fact, I usually don't know which underwear I have on.

The OP is correct in assuming it's a non topic (boring) for GGs. Of course on this forum, it is a hot topic!

I have noticed the same. Maybe it is because as crossdressers, we feel as if everyone can see right through our clothing anyhow so may as well tell everyone what others saw : )

I wonder why too! Any male taxpayer in the street whom I ask to describe what he's wearing immediately tells me the color, shape and fabric of his undies before even saying "Hi"! That's the very least one should expect from a total stranger. Women just don't play by the rules, and that is a shame.

Finally! I have something MORE in common with women than the rest of u do!:battingeyelashes:

Not being a pantie/underwear fetishist, I could care less about anyone's underwear. Including mine!:thumbsdn:

Unless it's a woman removing them in front of me!

There may be the element that, when posting on line or chatting with a CD friend, we are enjoying a sort of vicarious feminine time, and share all aspects of dressing up because we are sharing the experience, not just the clothes.

The answer to this should be REALLY obvious. Just take ONE second to think about that.

I agree with Crossy. I once asked my wife. She had two responses 1. None of your business and 2. She doesn?t think about it. She hates bras and hose anyway, especially underwires, which of course are my favorites.

JC,

Those of us who to describe every last detail do so because we are absolutely and irrepressibly obsessed with women's clothing. I find that to be a curious thing. I love to dress, need to dress, and love gorgeous underwear, but I don't need to be describing it as though I'm narrating crossdresser fictional stories for the web. Just not my thing but kudos to those who enjoy it.
