Casino chronicles

So, last night I had the opportunity to go out dressed and went to Foxwoods (a massive casino within driving distance of my home) with a friend. We went to see a comedian called Vic Dibitetto who, truth be told, was not very funny and kind of tiring after the first 15 minutes. Anyway, we wrapped up the night at Shrine, a nightclub in the casino. Most people there were half our age and twice as beautiful, but we kept up with the best of them. It was nice to be in an environment that has recovered a considerable sense of post covid normalcy. Just as an FYI, I was wearing one of my favorite (sexy but not overly so) outfits, tight black vinyl pants, black jacket, silver top and black stiletto boots. Jet black wig and a more pale palate on the face paint, for contrast. I felt like a goddess, regardless of what I may have actually looked like. A great time was had by all.

Sounds great. I haven?t been to a casino in ages. Last time was to Atlantic City with a girl friend like 10 years ago.
Too bad the show bombed but it sounds like you rocked it.

Sounds like a great experience. Would love to visit a casino dressed up, but casinos are not allowed in Norway. Last time was in ?95 when I was at a conference in Reno - decades before I was brave enough to go outside enfemme.

Thanks Catinka. Casinos are great places to venture out dressed. Most people there are in a deep trance, focused on winning or losing and not much else. Lots of noise, lights, distractions to the point where no one is dwelling too much on anyone's looks or cues.

Sounds like a great time Monica. My BF and I make quarterly trips to a large casino in the next state. It's nice, but unfortunately it doesn't have any place where an outfit like yours would blend in. My normal casino look is a nice top, short denim skirt with/without leggings and flats or sandals. Even at that, I'm still a step above some of the GGs who walk around in baggy clothes, sweats and flip-flops.

Agree completely. There is a wide range of looks, they're always open, they have adult beverages and a choice of things to occupy your time. I've been to multiple casinos even though I only gamble a little.

I live closeby but never been there dressed. Agree that it a good place to go dressed but I won't go alone.

I went to Foxwoods once but not dressed. A lot of lovely dresses walking around there.
