I will be going on a business trip in about a month and a half. I will be driving about 9 or 10 hours, mostly interstate. I will be taking some clothes with me (minimal amount) and plan to dress for the travel. I like to be seen wearing womens clothes, even though I don't pass. (I kinda enjoy a little humiliation)
I would like suggestions of how I can let people see me dressed. I will probably have: panties, bra, enhancers, pantyhose, casual heels, skirt, blouse, dress and purse.
I expect I will have to make bathroom stops (the scariest part), and will probably get lunch at a fast food place. Any other ideas?

Myself, I'd stick with things that aren't flagrantly crossdressed, in that situation. Women's shorts, a woman's t-shirt type top with no breast forms and nothing frilly, women's socks and sneakers. I dunno, maybe that's not what you're after, though?

Let me state that I have a masculine build, and don't wear a wig or makeup, so passing is pretty much out. I kinda like it when people notice that I am a guy wearing womens clothes. I don't dress like a hooker or anything. For most of the travel I will probably wear a flowerd skirt, blouse (with bra) and some low heels.

Sounds like you already know what you want to wear.

not looking so much for suggestions on atire (although they are welcome). Was looking more for things to do along the way, where I might get noticed, but also safe.

Pole dance on a speed limit sign?

but not in rural West Virginia, I nearly got roughed up there just for having long hair.

Seriously, I have no idea. The whole thing doesn't sound like a very safe proposition to me.

If you going into the deep South NO except maybe FLA> If you stick to the more liberal states you might be safer. Just stay around where people are likely to be (like any GG) less chance of someone taking advantage of you alone. :( NOTE; AM WORRIED ABOUT YA!)

Parks are always fun!! and malls! And as far as the restrooms, find ones that have the family restrooms Male or Female! I use them to change genders, go in male and come out female! Lots of newer or refurbished rest areas have them. Hospitals, convention centers, airports!!! And aove all, have fun!!!

You better be careful!! This does not sound like the safest idea you could have thought of.

If this is the case, I would dispense with anything your male body obviously doesn't need, like a bra or fake boobs. And don't wear makeup.

Give the impression that you are just an extremely liberated man who likes to do it for the comfort (and if it is summery hot and your wearing something loose and airy, lots of people will get the idea). This will work better that trying to be a female impersonator.

Cross country driving in a dress can be done, I do it every year when I go to the Rainbow Gathering. The longest trip has been from Sedalia, MO to San Jose, CA via I- 70 and 80.

Go to typical tourist attractions, like museums or historical sites. Go to the great big mall. Do anything else you would do while traveling.

on the other hand...

How much do you want to be noticed? If you really want to be noticed, look for a place that has 20 or 30 school busses parked outside, and they are full of elementary school kids. That is one of the few things that even I don't want to face again, like I did once in Oklahoma City.

If you want to be seen. Stop for gas and go inside to pay, not at the pump. I have just completed a 10 hour trip dressed but payed at the pump as that was daring enough for me.

Pull up beside trucks on the highway and match their speed. As an ex-trucker I can tell you that they always look and usually tell other truckers on CB about what they saw.

A word of advice/caution; please be very carefull how you drive when around big rigs. Those drivers are very good at their job but they need space around their rigs. Please don't crowd them.

Be careful of using women's rest rooms on the interstate. I have heard that the ones in NY can get you some jail time. Look for the single person handicap/family rest rooms to be safe.

Are you so unfamiliar with the planet and your own country that you need to ask these questions?

Have you been on a highway before?

Do you know what people look like?

Can you distinguish between a safe and an unsafe environment?

Butterfly Bill can be counted on, imho, to give honest and down to earth advice. What a guy!

Julie York can be counted on too...LOL

pwr320,

It is hard to tell if you are on the up and up or just pulling our collective stocking-clad legs. If you want to go over the top, how about going into an Army recruiting station and see if they are interested. They aren't meeting their quotas! If you want to live dangerously, get on the city bus and take it until it circles back to where you left your car!

If you aren't willing to do that, just check into the hotel dressed as you desire.

Leann

PS. I am kidding about the Army and the bus. Way too dangerous!
