I'm lucky to have always had natural breasts. Really.
I hid them back when I was scoring in order to have 5 great kids,
but never any dysphoria. I've always been happy.
Now every day I go out in a D bra, slim bandeau tube top,
and a skirt, short shorts, or bikini.
I have long hair and permanent dangly earrings
but I still keep a beard and deep voice.
so that people know that I'm male.
I am not kidding. It's true.
Any unconventional ways?

By the way, I get a lot of compliments,
and everyone is friendlier when I don't look cis.

Has you MD ever commented as to the cause of your breast growth?

I think a lot of young guys have breasts.
A doctor offered to "correct" mine but I declined.
Of course they have grown with age
and perhaps with nutrition.
Norms are maybe changing so that more guys
with breasts will proudly keep them.
Since you asked I hope the following
taken from the internet does not get censored.

Signs of gynaecomastia
Signs vary from a small amount of extra tissue
around the nipples to more prominent breasts.
Causes of gynaecomastia:
Gynaecomastia can be caused by an imbalance
between the sex hormones testosterone and oestrogen.
Oestrogen causes breast tissue to grow.
While all men produce some oestrogen,
they usually have much higher levels of testosterone,
which stops the oestrogen from causing breast tissue to grow.
If the balance of hormones in the body changes,
this can cause a man's breasts to grow.
Sometimes, the cause of this imbalance is unknown.

One thing that folks should also consider is certain cancers can also cause breast growth in males. If in doubt, get it checked.

I and other guys developed breasts in puberty
in the same way as girls.
I suspect that certain natural plant diet
for any pre teen could lead to a feminine physique.
I recommend it.
I have not found any instance of your concern.
Thanks.

And my pituitary tumor produces prolactin which also causes this malady. Not so lucky to have a brain tumor. Also there are mechanical means that work too. But to date, this forum has not really allowed discussion about breast growth in that kind of depth.

The development of breast tissue in males is not unusual if it is a small amount. But medically, genetic variations can cause variations in the amount of development.

Also, since about the 1960's there have been a number of environmental compounds that people are exposed to in local areas where those contaminants are present in higher quantities. Sometimes these also cause a decline in sperm count which has become more prominent in industrial societies.

Thus all of these environmental influences that tend to be localized geographically have caused shifts and enhancements of the normal genetic variation that occurs in large populations of living things. So, Tamroi and others that grew up in the same general area can very well show this pattern and development of gynecomastia. It is not all that unusual anymore. But there is also sufficient testosterone to grow a beard, have a low voice, and father 5 kids. Inducing gynecomastia is probably not a wise thing to do as induced hormone imbalances can be quite dangerous. On the other hand, if it is natural and you lean even a little in our direction that trait is a bit of a gift.
