I was re-reading the thread "If you could be any woman, who would you want to be" I noticed something as I was reading and looking at the pics you girls were posting, comparing your avatars with the pic of the woman you would like to be and it slapped me in the face, you look like the people you want to be.

I started thinking of the woman I want to be, a happy, cheerful, compassionate and beautiful redheaded me. Me, in a female form, thats who I really want to be. But in the my reply post I said that I would love to be Annette Benning. I see Annette Benning as a happy, cheerful, compassionate and beautiful redheaded woman.

Interesting to say the least. I never knew what is was that attracted me so much to her, she personifies the woman I see in myself.

Makes sense to me, not too surprising really.

I don't know that I intentionally attempt to look like my "Ideal Woman" but I'm sure some of her looks comes through.

Jennaie has a good point. The similarities are probably evident because many of us might actually see a glimpse of those ladies within us. Therefore we may also model some of their personality traits along with their appearance.

I agree. However, I’ve been told that I look very much like monica lewinsky!!!! Now, trust me, I DON’T share much in common with her! I’m more of a general office girl. Coy, demure and not very “adventurous” (if you get my drift!!!!). Either way, very interesting thread! Love, R

Rachael, I don't worry too much about who people say I look like, since they never see me en-femme anyway. I have never had anyone tell me that I looked like anyone when I was dressed en-femme, but I have not been out that much either. One thing is for sure, nobody is going to tell me that I look like Annette Bening. :lol:
