I wear dresses almost all the time since they are cooler and it's nice not to have that wedge of cloth jammed up on my male junk.
I even wear dresses to church and when I shop.

Because they are more comfortable than pants and much cooler in the summer. I do like wearing them with heels.

I like to wear dresses and skirts because the are so feminine, they are cooler and they go so well with stockings

Skirts are way more comfortable than pants. Skirts and hosiery go so well together too. When I am at home I will dress like a guy on top and wear a skirt and hosiery below, the perfect combination for me.

I concur with Georgina. My first fem article of clothing was a full slip. I readily admit to almost having an obsession for slips; matching slip, panty and bra under a colorful dress. I shy away from skirts as I find skirts do not define a feminine waistline my male body. My dresses go to empire waists, wraps and sheaths. To me, pants belong on a male body. Pants do absolutely nothing for my fem mindset. It's dress, heels and hosiery with all the proper undergarments.

I wear a dress because womens jeans suck! Lol. And because just wearing a bra, corset and girdle is inappropriate to wear out to most places. No shirt, no shoes, no dress, no service!

I wear dresses but consider them more formal. Skirts are more casual, nice and cool in the summer, and give my body full movement. Dresses are prettier and more feminine, but, like pants, they tend to be a bit more confining. Plus, with skirts and a pile of tops you can create a whole bunch of different outfits with fewer clothes.

Same for me Georgina. Especially if I'm wearing stockings and a slip. Even better if the skirt or dress has a silky lining!

I will occasionally wear a dress, but I?m more of a lined pencil skirt wearer, along with either a half or full slip and hose. So comfortable.

I wear a dress or skirt to be as femme as possible while I am dressed. I wear pants every day. Why would I want to wear pants as a lady.

...trousers are exceedingly boring.
Rarely ever wear a dress because they make me look huge.
They are pretty so I can see why you like them.

Dresses and skirts make me feel much more feminine and sexy than jeans and leggings plus they are certainly cooler in the summer. I was out at a mall today wearing a simple, summery, sleeveless, knee-length dress while having lunch & shopping and I felt sooooo femme.
And then there's the wonderful feeling you get when a breeze blows up your skirt. I was in a library a few weeks ago and found a strangely place A/C vent in the middle of a hallway that was blowing cold air straight up. I stood there in my dress blissfully having my own Marilyn Monroe moment. It was heavenly.

I love wearing dresses and skirt, because they make me feel more like a woman. Plus, they make me feel sexy, attractive, and overall they are just fun to wear sometimes.

I love to wear dresses as the light fabric feels so nice on my bare skin.
The way how the dress flows and moves as I walk make me feel to fem.
The delicate sheerness of the fabric also adds to the sensation both visual and physical.
The tiny spaghetti straps threatening to fall my shoulders is another feeling that I love.

I could not have said it better myself, I agree on all points.
There are few things more enjoyable to me than standing outside on my patio and feeling a gentle breeze swishing my skirt against my stockings... a transcendent experience for this gal!

I wear a dress because I love what IS underneath - way underneath - way down in my soul.
When I dress, it's a presentation of my identification.

I enjoy wearing a dress because it completes the outfit and is comfortable. Imagine wearing my lace panties, bra & forms, and thigh highs under my golf shirt and shorts. That would look terrible and this girl, while certainly not a model, likes to do her best.

I prefer skirts and tops, but I'm not very good at matching colors, so I usually wear dresses. Pull-over dresses are quick, convenient, and way more comfortable than pants or shorts.
Dresses are my normal casual clothes. Most of my dresses are for casual everyday wear, not for dressing up.

Yes, all of the above. It's all so true how they make us feel deep inside and on the surface of our skin. Now those of you that are able to be out and about you must know how jelly I am. Going to the office in your skirt, shopping and the vent at the library oh my.

Skirts are loose, they feel good, look good, and are just all around more convenient. My wife always comments how fast I take my work pants off and put on a skirt when I get home.

I just love wearing dresses and skirts. I don't know why. Maybe because they are more feminine than pants. Maybe because I can see my legs in pantyhose better that way.

I wear a dress (or skirt) because... It's easier for me to make a dress than it is to sew a pair of jeans.
I like jeans and leggings better, so I have to buy them.

I look in the mirror and the image I see when dressed matches what my twisted mind thinks should be there.
Having spent my whole life as a mechanic, covered is grease in dirt. busted knuckles, ect.
an escape from all that and getting dressed up. Well it just feels right.

I wear a dress because women often wear dresses and I am imitating a woman. Of course, I sometimes wear pants because women sometimes wear pants.
Today I am wearing a dress.

I wear dresses and skirts because, at least in America, they are reserved for females, and so feeling and seeing them on myself, helps provide sensory feedback telling my mind that I am female. The female underwear does the same; though, while I'm completely dressed and cannot see it, I can frequently feel the difference it provides vs the tactile sensation of men's underwears, so that helps, too. Add in just knowing that it is female type clothing I'm wearing, and it makes me feel appropriately dressed. All of which helps overcome the gender identity dysphoria.
In contrast; when I must wear men's clothing, say, for work or doing chores outside the home, I look at it as a uniform, special clothing which must be worn in order to perform a certain task(s), very much the same way that a fireman wears special protective outfits, a police officer wears a particular style of uniform to identify themselves as such to the public, an ocean diver wears special gear to do their job, or things like that. It doesn't generate gender identity dysphoria, because I don't feel I'm doing it because I am male, I'm doing it because it's simply appropriate for the task(s) that I need to do. When I am finished with the chore(s) and come back inside my home, I remove those entire outfits, and put my girl clothes back on, the same way anyone would when they are done working on something that requires special clothing / outfits to do a job. Those thoughts, are what helps me get through the day.

I wear a dress because I want to and love the look and feeling in a dress or skirt. Plus I don't think that for one minute there is anything wrong with a man wearing a dress why should it be frowned upon, we should be allowed to wear what we want when we want without anyone turning their nose up.
We should feel comfortable and relaxed to put on what we want when we want if my wife wants to go out wearing pants with no stares and comments then I should be okay to go out in a skirt.

you are right, because you have a sublime femininity, the dress affirms femininity, like the mini skirt :)
