Is there anyone who wants to receive sex reassignment surgery more than five years later?

I did not transitioned yet but made a transition roadmap. During 10 years, I will prepare passing ability and mental preparation for social transition and body changes.

I am learning women's preferences to make many same-gender (female) friends after surgery, but it is somewhat hard for me because my preferences or hobbies are not well overlapped to usual woman.
