Halloween Prep and Plans

Next week I start my prep for a couple of fun outings. On Tuesday I have my mani pedi with gel nails extensions. On Thursday I?m getting my hair colored, just taking out the grays, plus an eyebrow tint and wax, and an eyelash tint. On Saturday I?m getting the full body wax.

Next Sunday I?m posing for a local artist who is going to take some photos for an art project she is planning to show in the spring I think. The 28th, I?ll be attending a local burlesque show with my wife and on Halloween Day I plan to go into the office en femme.

Please don?t worry about my job and being too risky, I?ve done this once before and I?m comfortable with my appearance and how I may be seen at work. I spoke to my wife about it and I have her blessing.

I plan to bring in some treats to hand out to the guards at the front desk and if anyone stops by my cube. I really don?t expect to see anyone as our office is slated for closing and only about 10 to 15 people ever come into the 4 story building.

I also have lunch plans on Halloween Day with a GG friend coming to meet me at my office.

I am super excited about all of the fun adventures I have planned.

2 hours in the salon chair last night. Hair color to remove the grays, eyelash tint, eyebrow tint, and eyebrow waxing. One more beauty treatment to go, body waxing tomorrow morning. It feels odd wearing lingerie when I’m so hairy, I’ll be happier with my look when its done.

I am now officially at work dressed en femme. I really only saw the security guard on the way in and he was friendly, asked me how I was doing today. Since then I really haven’t run into anyone in the office yet. I do have plans to go to lunch with a GG friend later today. Oh yeah, I also went into the convenience store for a doughnut and soda on the way into work. 332115

Overall the day went very well.

I did a wet set on my hair the night before in curlers, spent a while with a hot air dryer to activate the curl spray I used, then slept with a silk scarf over the curlers so they would be sure to be dry in the morning. My nails I've had for a couple of weeks. I woke up at 5:30a to get ready for the day, did my shave and makeup first, got dressed and did my hair last. I was out the door at 7a and stopped by the local convenience store to pick up a doughnut and soda. I got a friendly reaction from the cashier with no commentary about how I was dressed. My building is basically empty so I didn't see much of anyone besides the security guard when I came in and when a friend stopped by to go to lunch. She is local to the burlesque community so we went out to lunch and had a lovely chat. Here is a pic of us hamming it up for the camera.

The day was super fun even though I really didn't interact with too many people. It was nice to feel comfortable dressed as I was outside of my home office. After a full day in stiletto heels I was ready to call it a day.
