Hair today gone tomorrow

well after posting a few pics on my picture gallery thread......and few comments about my hair making me look girly (i knew that really)

I was wondering what kinda hair cut would suit me, now see heres my dilema.......ive had some surgery on my head which means ive have some very prominent scars and bumps, so it means i cant go too short!, but wondering if anyone had any ideas of what style i should go for....... if you have picture evidence what style you mean that would be even better........

Your help would be gratefully received

Well this one that Caroline just posted would be better for passing than the other one. The middle part for one, (which, according to my sister, makes people look more masculine) and the fact that the hair is swept out of the eyes, guys aren't as willing as girls to sacrifice their comfort for fashion. And having hair in your eyes all the time is annoying as heck.
caroline knows me well i guess......as shes met me! i like this one so far but im gonna keep looking and keep wanting suggestions lol

Two thumbs up but what matters most is you like it. Now that its short dont be afraid to change the way you part it till you have something you love for most guys once they have a hairstyle they have it for life, or nature changes it. (till it falls out)

Wow, six weeks already? Since I've started cutting my hair shorter it seems to be growing faster. I can't make it past four weeks before I'm back in the barber's chair. My nails are growing stronger and faster now too - now that I don't want them to. :p

Since I've started cutting my hair shorter it seems to be growing faster.

It's probably not growing faster, it's just that with short hair it grows out proportionately faster. (In other words, a half-inch of growth is a bigger difference when your hair is 3 inches long, compared to 6 or 12 inches long.)

Most guys, including myself, usually have to get our hair cut every 3-4 weeks and a buzz cut requires even more frequent maintenance.

Bleeding eck, ive got myself a new hairdresser, as the other one kept letting me down, and boy does she like to crop hair!! ive had it done again today and anymore off, id be bold!!!!! im not sure i like her or the hair cut for that matter, and my camera has died so i cant show you all for an opinion either!! eeeekkkkkk
