Hi Everyone,

Just wondering what kind of shoes you think I should get to go with this skirt - I really just can't think of what to wear with it!

I was thinking it might look cute with some Uggs in the winter, but it's getting warmer here now, and Uggs are no good for the summer.

Thanks!

What about [minus the hose] 2-4" strappy sandals of some kind? That'd be awesome. ^^

I know i'll get blasted for this, but with a skirt that short, really high stiletto heels are not in balance with the outfit. For a chic look, I would suggest a nice pair of ballet flats, or little heel mary janes. For a higher look, maybe some strappies or mules with no more than a 3" heel. For that great, chic look, an outfit should always be balanced. Save the 4" heel pumps for a knee length skirt.

I thought there might be enough brown or taupe in that skirt to go with this shoe style in brown, but if not, the black ones would definitely match that top. It looks like it's even got a little bit of white in it like the shoes!

I agree with Jennifer - black strappy sandals (but not shiny patent, more like suede or leather).

I was waiting for you to say it first. :-)

Flats with that skirt.

If you must wear heels, make it a chunky heeled loafer/mary jane with opaque tights.

No stilettos. Stiletto's with super short skirts often look trashy.

How about Mary Janes or low-heel (1") pumps? I think that would be cute.

Hi girls,

I got some cute mary janes on this past weekend - I'll post pics on the coming weekend. Thanks for all the help! I wish I could get all the shoes that you recommended - unfortunately, I think that would bankrupt me! :)
